You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
- Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as specified below. Orders will ship in accordance with the shipping method selected.
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.
- Shipping rates are calculated according to the selected shipping method and you may obtain an estimate before checking out.
- If undelivered you will receive a mail on your e-mail. To rearrange delivery please contact our Customer Service Team.
Delivery timescales in rural areas and severe weather conditions
We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

What happens if I haven’t received my order within the timescales stated?
If you believe your order has been lost, please contact our Customer Service Team to make them aware. We can only investigate orders that are reported to us within 14 days from your order dispatch date. You will be required to fill out a denial of receipt form for us to be able to start the investigation process. No resend or refund will be offered until after the investigation is complete.
